after service today, we, namely winnie, daniel, charissa, jonathan, david, isaac, sarah, wei jian, rachel, han xiang and THIS PRINCESS HERE (tee hee) popped down to pretty bugis for lunch and a time of fellowship at the pool table.
went to the only place i enjoyed during the time i worked, that little place with famous fish beehoon that i spent lunch hour in, and the 11 (count it, the lady there must have been really pleased and shocked at the same time) squeezed into 3 tables (okay not really squeeze, it was quite comfortable).
i love the fish shop. plenty of fish slices, fresh ones. just that my tummy can't exactly stomach everything. but i sure digested them quick, cos i got real hungry while playing pool - but i'll mention that later.
hmm i like playing with the bolding and italic-ing and underline-ing *laughs*
the chicken rice winnie and rachel had looked fantastic too, and charissa's horfun's gravy was real tempting. the only thing that stopped me from asking her for a bite was cos i hate horfun. and beehoon. just FYI.
after all the eating (i was so full, i could hardly walk. but that could be due to another reason...), we went to the building with the really huge double-storyed this fashion (i don't know what it's called) to play pool. took up two tables, we did!
as usual. i sucked my way through. beat david cos he just was unluckly or cos i shot the white ball into weird places and winnie shot in the black one anyway so it wasn't counted. but it was fun watching.
sure wasn't that fun playing, if you were wearing a new pair of heels that kinda slip at the heel and bites the toes. mind, i took them off during praise and worship. i don't think i could have concentrated.
all in all, it was a great day of praise and worship. it's very interesting to listen to david, charissa and isaac (the siblings, have you noticed?) talk in the mrt. i was kinda laughing a lot.
i haven't been laughing a lot. except for when i watch naruto, cos it's totally hilarious. naruto is, anyway. but have you guys ever seen that bug guy laugh?? (skip this part if you're anti-naruto) it was so funny to even see him say a joke, don't mention laugh! cos he never does. even when he is fierce with naruto, something very often (what do you get when you put one totally serious guy with a prankster?) seen, it is also very funny. the way naruto reacts, i mean.
yea but other than that. i should totally get a life. maybe i should go get a boyfriend or something, you know, make life a little more interesting.
