yesterday, 2 great things happened.

1. Thumbs Up @ Yuan Ching Sec Sch

2. City Harvest Church saturday service.

woke up early just so that i could bathe. for a long, long time i hadn't bathe in the morning.

very, very refreshing. but cold. even though i used hot water.

i was still late for meeting henzy and jasper at BB mrt though. i really have to get that punctuality thing up and about.

jasper seems to be a big punctuality guy. i hope he doesn't see this. jasper, please, when you go to henzy's blog, don't click on the links and find my name on it.

Yuan Ching is one dynaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamic school. i mean D-Y-N-A-M-I-C. you won't understand what i mean until you're there. that's why they tired henzy out, if you read his blog. i got 1E3 and two coolest lead facilitators - benjamin aaaannnnnnd..jovita!

i don't know if i spelled that right.

nevermind. jovita's indonesian, and she's freally great. she covered all sorts of stuff on being the best you YOU can be. and benjamin wowed all the kids there.

yes. look and them and i feel so old.

and there were fruits for recess! usually halfway through the run we have a break for the kids, and Yuan Ching apparently provided food for the facilitators. from what i heard from dy, one of the TU guys, YCSS is the only school which provides food.

or something like that. don't really remember.

well anyway, after the run a bunch of us went down to town for lunch at takashimaya basement.

you know, for 3 days since thursday i hadn't had a proper lunch. i was fasting on thursday, and on friday there just wasn't time, and yesterday, breaktime was at 1030 and lunch at 330. lol.

so at takashimaya i had yong tau foo, 6 items with that funny yellow noodle thingie..usually, as you guys know, i won't be able to finish it and probably leave a whole bunch of noodles floating in the bowl of soup.

finished it. cleaned it. except for the soup. i still want my hair.

you can imagine how hungry i was. and i had been craving for mian tang(noodles soup in chinese, just soup and noodles) for the whole week.

however, i eat very slowly, as you all know too, and so to finish that bowl of noodles to took a looooong time.

thus, for the first time in my life i was late for service!!!!!!!! =(

BUT i did make it. spent a little time searcing for the cell (kinda embarressing walking around when people are praising). but lucky jeremiah spotted me and "saved" me. heh.

well in short, homeroom is being introduced to our school now, i have to fly all over the school for lessons like in american schools, i have tons of homework, school ends at 2.15 now but fridays end at 12pm (WOOOOHOOOO!).

this is terrible. you know actually i have a lot to blog about. if my brain was connected directly to blogger, you would probably see a million posts on this blog. every single detail which i see during the day, i will want to blog it and i would always think of a funny or interesting way to put it in.

but, due to my bad memory, after i concocted a sweet little piece, after about 5 seconds, it is permanently erased from my memory.

today was one interesting day.

i love fridays! because we end early. and because next week onwards, we end earlier!

a lot of people don't seem to like this homeroom system. non/ex-yusoffians may ask: what hameroom system? let me elaborate...

watched american high school movies? where there are 2 bells, one for the period and one the late bell? where students move instead of teachers?

pretty cool. we're gonna get lockers too. too bad the sec 4s won't get to enjoy it much, as we're graduating next year...the air-cons...

then again, polys and JCs have better facilities. so...WAHAHAHA.

today, had the girls over. xinfang, lijie, szehan. a couple of days back, three, actually, we went to lot 1 to get these pink (note: HOT pink) polo tees from giodarno.

and today went over to my house to design them ourselves!

won't say much about it though. if you want to know, you'll just have to see us in them. currently the first group of people who will see them will be 4E1, since we've decided to wear them at our chalet in december.

i've just updated my computer. windows live messenger, windows media player 11 beta and internet explorer 7 beta 3.

everything looks so cool! you guys should download these beta versions. i mean, once you downloaded one, it clashes with the old versions. so (and this is how i ended up with everything updated) you would then go download the latest of this..then that...and everything is updated!

IE 7 is super duper whack-out cool man! there's this thing called "tabs" where you can open several pages within a browser. i don't know if other browsers like firefox offer that, if they do that's cool but if they don't i can safely say IE 7 is THE best.

although it does have a lot of problems. but whatever.

WMP 11, in terms of functions, isn't very different. but it looks cool. same goes for WLM. they just look pretty. and you can change the colour of the messenger. but that's all. i haven't really explored.

right now i'm trying to figuyre out how to make pop-ups.

i'm going fill this blog with irritating pop-ups!

okay just kiding. no i'm not doing that. it's crazy. but i want to know how to make one.

friday: band performance @ concord primary. good. nothing to say.

i've been seriously tired these few days. but i thank the Lord for giving me strength to go through all the training and performances and whatever. and homework and school.

and today. had the same performance today, in the morning. then went present shopping with lijie, then today service.

service was great. had Dr. Roob Thompson and he was wonderful. i went on stage you know.

let's start from...last week. hectic week. finally finished all my STUPID(must scold it. gave me so much trouble) homework on friday, while Yusoffian Idol was going on.

sunday. went to this cute little place in chinatown to eat desserts. they have this mango and pomelo dessert. its superlicious. i wanna go there again, sometime. and it's pretty convenient. take a train down to chinatown station.

went to to plaza singapura with shaun, a friend from TU, and his friends by order of appearance jerome, yuan ting and yibin.

felt a little out. but then they were really friendly.

i reached PS half an hour early. it's a good thing. i'm usually late. and the others don't know i'm the late kind of person so they may get pissed waiting.

while waiting i strolled about PS. pretty cool. the last time i went was a couple of years back.

pretty interesting. but how come my group didn't get to go to the business school? it's the only school i want to go to!

well lijie says if she didn't go JC she would go Tp for tourism. i'm telling you, the chances of her going to JC out of 10 is 9.999999999. so most probably i won't be going to TP cos she ain't going.
