sooo? where was i within these two short weeks for me?
well, i haven't got the pics yet. kso. updates later. but i can give you an outline with out pics.
who was i with? ah! there is a long story here.
i was with my 3rd aunt's family. as in her brothers and sisters. meaning, my cousins other cousins.
well i was lonely at first. but. all it took was a game of cards! and the ice broke. haha. i mean with the kids. i'll intro the kids later.
here's a little family history. back then, my mum lived in the same village as my 3rd aunt's family. att the kids in my mum's family knew my aun't family(which means my dad and uncle married women from the same village). they were only separated by 2 lanes of houses and a road.
apparently, everybody( the adults only) knew who my mum was. and i was known as yoke lin's daughter (ah lin's lui in cantonese, yea, thats how all the adults knew me)
so. the kids. they were pretty surprised my mum's old house(which is still there, my mum's sis is living there and i go back every chinese new year) is just a couple of lanes away from their parent's old house.
and they were even more surprised i go to their parent's old house every year(cos my cousins are there and to get more ang pow heehee since my mu knows everyone there)
and they said they never seen me.
well. neither have i haha.
the peeps i do notice there didn't go to the trip.
oh yes, the trip!
i won't say much, cos i'm gona make a whole new blog for this where all the pics i can get will be there. but here's some peekers.
i went to a nature reserve, where i was on the bridge high HIGH HIGH above the ground!! EEEEEKKKKKKKS! freaked out man! you guys know i and heights don't go along!
and i went to THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY WHOLE 15 YEARS OF BREATHING!!!! one of kuantan's beaches. took PLENTY of photos. get ready to see the beach gal in action!
just kidding. i don't even know what that means.
annnnd.....i went to this fishing village set right beside a river. this river is like, nearing the sea already so it was a mix of freshwater and saltwater.
we went to the beach there too.
and i went CANOEING!!! whats so big deal about canoeing? nothing! i just never did it before! canoeing is so fun! u can canoe and paddle and paddle and even if you're tired you won't stop cos it really fun! and when you stop floating on water is just so comforting!
well. i talked more then i canoe haha. poor thing, the guy who canoed with me. had to endure me talking for nearly 1 and a half hrs of canoeing. well he was very patient, and is my first friend there, jim, with a brother ken, and a little brother john, who is really adorable. ken is what i calla DAO KIA. he like totally ignored me. or like i had AIDS or something. sheesh. i have no idea what i did to freak him out like that. or maybe he's just shy. well. i've never seen a guy this shy and embaressed before. SHEESH. he really got on my nerves.
and he looks like one of those ah bengs we have here, dyed hair, emo specs, pink or black shirts.
just that to me he totally sounded like one of those gentle NERDS.
and his brother, jim, who canoed with me, looked like a nerd(sorry man. its a fact.) but has a much better character than his brother.
or maybe i'm just saying that cos he talked to me.
pah. whatever. hey in kuantan, even those BGF thingies are going hot. even ken, that weirdo has a girlfriend. wait til i get his pics. ewwww. when jim told me that i was totally hahahahahahahaha u must be kidding me.
well won't only talk about this two guys. there this little kid, han yu, pesky little thing! but he was sure friendly. and funny. always got me laughing mad.
okay i seem to be talking only about guys. but i really don't have a choice! apart from me and my 2 year old cousin, there rest were guys! there are 3 more guys, all younger then me. in fact, only ken is older than me. but. he's jut 16, no big DEAL.
